In (dis)honor of the recent collaboration of Lou Reed and Metallica, I decided to play my favorite weird and random duets that (much like the aforementioned LouTallica) look horrible on paper but (much like the aforementioned LouTallica) actually don’t stink up the joint. I can’t recommend an album LESS than ‘Lulu’. It is offensive to all of the senses that human beings have and if you want to listen to a metal band that won’t let you down then look no further to the remaining ‘Big 4’ lineup of Anthrax, Slayer and Megadeth. Lou Reed? yes I like ‘Transformer’ & ‘Berlin’ & ‘Rock & Roll’ but bottom line? you haven’t made anything great in my lifetime sir….end of story. Okay! I got that off my chest so now enjoy the show chock full of even weirder duets that will (hopefully) put a smile on your face enough to where you are compelled to buy.

Hello again to all of you! I’m (almost) live this week and so is the music meaning these are some of my favorite live musical performances of all time. Much like last week’s look at the modern bands, I can guarantee you for sure that this will be the first of many episodes of this nature. I had a lot of fun putting this list together and my apologies if I didn’t represent your favorite album this time around. Trust me, I didn’t get to all of my faves either.
